At its centre is The Ring—an iconic 800-metre-wide structure encircling a white sand lagoon. It will feature luxury apartments, hotels, and retail experiences that showcase a seamless connection between architecture and environment. Designed by Foster + Partners, this pioneering destination sets a new benchmark for regenerative tourism.
