Richard is a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines with 9 years cumulative experience in the industry with various involvements in Architectural Interiors and Interior Design fields as well as Building Information Modeling (BIM).

He has been with Dewan since 2013 and is currently overseeing the BIM management and workflow, monitoring of BIM models, mentoring and assisting staff on core BIM design systems and best practices as well as implementing Dewan's BIM Standards in Manila Studio.
