Transforming Al Heerah Beach with Anantara Sharjah Residences.

As the lead consultant and construction supervision consultant for the Anantara Sharjah Residences and Resort, we are responsible for ensuring seamless integration of design, construction quality, and project delivery. Each of the 128 branded residences is housed within the grounds of the five-star Anantara Sharjah Resort. Owned and developed by Arada and operated by Minor Hotels, the project features striking architecture, including a signature gateway designed to trace the path of the sun.

Located on the north-eastern edge of Al Heerah Beach, the complex offers 3.5km of beachfront with jogging and cycling tracks, alongside a wide variety of dining options. In collaboration with project stakeholders, construction is set to begin next year, with completion anticipated by late 2027.
