Dewan Leads Mediterranean-Inspired Bloom Living development in Abu Dhabi.

Dewan was appointed as the lead consultant and construction supervision consultant for Granada, the fourth phase of Bloom Living, which represents a premium low-rise residential apartment community in Abu Dhabi. Guiding the project through all design stages, we closely coordinate with all project stakeholders, including subconsultants, and oversee site supervision, with project completion anticipated in Q4 2026.

Launched in 2023, Granada draws on Mediterranean architectural inspiration, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts. This development introduces low-rise apartment buildings centred around community living, providing a lifestyle that emphasises spacious design, balconies, and quality amenities.
