A towering example of green living.

The Solforest building located in Ecopark was inspired by the developer’s vision for the masterplan model of green living.

A tower in the countryside, an urban building in a rural setting. A contradiction in terms as part of the vision of the client given to Dewan. The organic and varied vertical garden concept was developed so that all apartments would have a green view outside their windows. An organic growth inspired design for the podium generates intimate hidden areas and a feeling of a human scale garden as well as the lifestyle and the community culture of Vietnamese cities. Moreover, using this in a modern organically induced vertical garden design to offer the users of the development many hidden gems to discover and enjoy on the plot.

The two main towers with 42 and 35 floors are populated by dynamic vertical gardens which gives the feeling of countryside living while helping to shade from the sun.

The highest point of the development is 150m where stunning penthouses are allocated facing the Ecopark Masterplan. Developed mainly in G+1 floors, the podium is comprised of vibrant retail, F&B and shophouses, making a successful bridge between tradition and contemporaneity. All amenities (gym, kids’ area, swimming pool, barbecue and private gardens) are allocated on the top of the podium creating a buffer and a smooth transition from commercial to residential areas.
