Reimagining Space: A Modern Grade-A Office Refurbishment in Tecom

The client sought our expertise to refurbish a three-storey commercial building in Tecom, Dubai. Originally completed in 2007, the building was acquired by Tecom Group in 2016. In response to the growing demand for high-quality corporate spaces in the area, the client requested its transformation into a modern Grade A office building. The structure included one basement, a ground floor with an entrance lobby, lift lobbies, retail spaces, and car parking, as well as three additional typical floor levels.

We added a contemporary façade to increase natural light and enhance the volume while preserving the existing concrete structure. This project involved overseeing both the design and construction supervision, including completely gutting the building, removing the existing partitions and façade, upgrading MEP systems, and improving the landscape around the building. Today, the building stands proudly in the heart of Tecom, fully occupied.
